Refund policy

Swiss law gives no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. We nevertheless take leather back voluntarily:

• Deadline: 14 days from receipt of the parcel. Please announce the return within this period via the contact page.
• Condition: The leather has not been cut, worked or dyed – as you received it – and is sent back rolled, not folded.
• Return shipping: at your expense, preferably with a tracking number. By appointment you can also bring the leather back to Arbon.
• Refund: We refund the purchase price within 10 days of receiving the leather, by the same means you used to pay. The shipping costs of the order are not refunded.

Complaints about defects or deviations from the description of the piece are governed by the Terms and Conditions, section 8.
