Shipping policy
We ship within Switzerland with Swiss Post, from our stock in Arbon. The leather is already cleared through Swiss customs: no customs fees, no extra charges on delivery.
We ship with PostPac Economy, delivery 2–3 working days from dispatch. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel:
- up to 2 kg: CHF 7.50
- up to 10 kg: CHF 10.50
- up to 30 kg: CHF 19.50
- orders from CHF 120: free
Whole shoulders and whole hides are shipped as a roll of more than one metre. Swiss Post charges this as bulky goods: CHF 29.50 per parcel, also for orders from CHF 120. If you order other items as well, the checkout shows both shipping costs separately.
Pickup in Arbon is free, also for whole hides, by appointment – usually in the evening or on Saturday. Leather is rolled, not folded, so that it does not crease.
We ship within 3–5 working days of receiving payment. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
